Who we are
DonutSMP Exchange is operated by NexVault Digital LLC. This policy covers the storefront at donutsmpexchange.com.
Information we collect
When you create a shop account we collect your email address and Minecraft in-game name (IGN). When you start checkout we collect email and IGN. We do not ask for your Minecraft password, session token, Discord OAuth, or account credentials. Payment instruments are collected by our payment processor, not stored on this site.
How we use it
Email is used for the shop account, receipts, and delivery follow-up. IGN is used to deliver paid orders. After you create an account we store a first-party session in your browser (localStorage and a cookie) so your account stays open on return. Come back later with the same email to open that session on another device. Device fingerprint and IP may be stored server-side to stop abuse. We do not sell this information. The payment processor and the gateways they enable receive what they need to charge you and create an invoice.
Analytics and chat
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-8KCDST7Z8F) for aggregated traffic and Google Ads (AW-18466326816) to measure ad clicks and conversions. First-visit marketing parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, and affiliate ref) may be stored in your browser (localStorage and a first-party cookie) so we know how you found the shop. Live chat is answered first by an automated AI assistant, and the chat says so. The text you send, plus an IGN or email you type, is passed to that AI system to write the reply; a person from the shop reads the chat when you tap “Talk to a human” or when they check the inbox. Live chat is first-party: messages, plus optional IGN or email you type in the chat, are stored by this shop so we can reply. Google Analytics processes traffic under its own terms. Cart contents, checkout fields, and your chat session id are stored in your browser (localStorage) so a refresh does not empty the form.
Retention and rights
Order records live with our payment processor and our support tools for as long as needed to fulfill, refund, or handle disputes. You may request deletion of personal data we control via live chat. We aim to respond within 30 days, subject to legal hold and payment-processor records.
