1. Agreement
By using DonutSMP Exchange you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. NexVault Digital LLC may update these terms; the date above is the current version.
2. What we sell
We sell virtual in-game currency and items for use on the DonutSMP Minecraft server. They have no cash value outside the game. We are not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, or the DonutSMP server operators.
3. Server rules
We do not claim that this shop complies with DonutSMP rules, that real-money trading is allowed, or that buying here prevents a server penalty. You are responsible for knowing the server’s rules before you buy.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s consent. Purchases are charged in USD through secure checkout.
5. Shop account and checkout
Creating a shop account stores your email and Minecraft IGN so we can deliver paid orders. One shop account per email and per IGN. You must never send us a Minecraft password. You are responsible for typing the correct IGN. Payment is completed on a hosted checkout page; this site does not collect card numbers and does not treat a return URL as proof of payment.
6. Delivery and refunds
If we do not deliver the order, you are entitled to a refund. After currency or items are delivered to the IGN you provided, sales are generally final except as described in the Refund Policy.
7. Liability
The storefront is provided as-is. NexVault Digital LLC is not liable for server downtime, in-game item loss after delivery, or actions taken by the game server. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
