Delivery guide · Updated
DonutSMP Exchange sends the money as an in-game transfer to the Minecraft IGN on the order, usually within minutes after payment confirms, while you are online. We need your IGN and an email, never a password. If it is not delivered, you get a refund.
There is no box on a porch. This page is the whole path: what we need, how long money takes, what happens if you are offline, and how to reach a human.

Checkout asks for an email and a Minecraft in-game name. The email gets the receipt. The IGN gets the delivery. That is the entire “shipping” form. We do not need a house number, a city, or a screenshot of your inventory. We do not need your password, your session token, or remote access to the launcher.
Type the IGN the way the server knows you. If you recently changed it, use the current one. If you share a PC with a sibling, do not type their account because it was the last login on the launcher. Money goes to the name on the order. We cannot pull it back from a stranger because you swapped two letters.
If you notice a typo before we send, open live chat immediately with the invoice email and the correct IGN. After a transfer lands, it is the same situation as sending /pay to the wrong player. Be precise once. It is cheaper than a support thread.

DonutSMP money is a balance. When payment confirms, we send that balance to the IGN. The intended clock is minutes, not hours. Most money orders finish while you are still in the same session you used to pay. That only works if the account is actually on the server. An offline IGN cannot receive a transfer we can confirm in the moment.
“Minutes” is not a slogan we print to look faster than a competitor. It is the difference between a currency plugin move and a meetup. We do not quote “instant” because payments themselves take a moment to confirm, and queues happen. We also do not quote same-day shipping language: there is nothing physical in a van.
If a money order is still sitting after a reasonable wait, do not open a second checkout. Open live chat with the IGN and the email from the receipt. A person will look at the ticket. Buying twice does not speed the first transfer; it creates a second one.

Stay on DonutSMP after you pay. That single habit clears most “where is my order” messages. Being online is how the transfer lands on the first try. If you must leave, write the shop a time window before you close the game: not three hours later with “I was in bed.”
AFK rules on the server still apply. We will not ask you to park in a banned spot or use a client we do not support. Sit somewhere you are allowed to wait. If you get kicked, reconnect and ping chat. We would rather retry than guess you gave up.
Timezones are normal. Worldwide checkout means the person delivering may not share your evening. If you are buying at 2 a.m. local and nobody is in live chat, leave the IGN, the invoice, and a window for the next day. Discord works for that asynchronous note. Email works if you want it in a mailbox.
Java players type their Minecraft username. Bedrock players pick Bedrock at checkout and type their gamertag: DonutSMP shows Bedrock names with a leading dot (.YourName) and checkout adds it, so the money goes to the exact name you have in game. More on names in what an IGN is.
This shop delivers DonutSMP money only. Elytra, Netherite and other items are player trades on the server, not part of the catalog: the Elytra guide covers how players get one. For /pay and the 30M minimum, read the money guide. The refund policy is the rule set for “we failed to deliver” versus “the money already landed on the IGN you typed.”
Live chat on this site is the fastest path for an order that is already paid. Have the IGN and the checkout email ready. Discord is the same shop if you would rather ping there: use the Join Discord control, which goes to discord.gg/JVCpE9TGmP.
Email support@donutsmpexchange.com when chat is closed or you want a written trail. Include the invoice and the IGN. NexVault Digital LLC operates this storefront as DonutSMP Exchange. We will not ask you to log in on our behalf, install a remote-control tool, or paste a password. Anyone who does is not us.
If we do not deliver, you get a refund. After the money reaches the IGN you typed, sales are generally final. That is the honest split. We do not publish fake reviews, and we do not claim official DonutSMP allows real-money trading. You decide whether to buy. We run payment, delivery, and support.
One IGN, one transfer, usually minutes. 30M for $3, 100M for $10, 1B for $70.
DonutSMP Exchange is an independent storefront. We are not affiliated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or the DonutSMP server. We do not claim that buying here complies with DonutSMP rules or that real-money trading is allowed. You decide whether to buy. We handle payment, delivery, and support.
