DonutSMP sell multiplier explained (Sep 10, 2026): when /sell beats /ah
On Sep 10, 2026, DonutSMP Money still has three common exits for farm stacks: /ah, /orders, and /sell. The hidden lever on Quick-Sell is your sell multiplier — 1.0× early, up to 3.0× when that item’s history is stacked.
What /sell is
Community notes on donutsmp.wiki/sell (Quick-Sell; source review Sep 10, 2026) treat /sell as an instant server buyback. Eligible inventory items become Money with no listing and no waiting for a player buyer. Command list: donutsmp.wiki/commands.
Compatible /orders can still catch a /sell when they pay more — that routing is the Auction House vs Orders note, not a multiplier buff. Re-check the live menus.
Multiplier math
Payout is server base price × your personal sell multiplier for that item type. The multiplier starts at 1.0× and can rise to a max of 3.0×. It is per-item: stacking dried kelp blocks does not raise oak logs.
Check progress in-game with /sellmulti. Exact volume thresholds between tiers are not publicly documented — we are not inventing a tier table. Confirm the live menu.
Scope: /sell only
The multiplier does not change /ah asking prices or /orders offers. Those stay player-controlled. Homework: Auction House and /orders.
Early vs late: at 1.0×, prefer comparing /ah search and /orders before you dump. At 3.0×, high-volume crops can make /sell the fast lane. Independent AH history: DonutStats — a community tool, not official, and not a price table we republish.
Bank the grind that matters
Fan-wiki strategy note: pick one or two grindable stacks early — commonly dried kelp blocks or bamboo / cactus-style bulk — and sell those on purpose. Random junk /sells do not build the multiplier you will want later.
