FAQ
DonutSMP Exchange sells DonutSMP money from $0.07 per 1M (30M for $3, 1B for $70), sent to your Minecraft IGN usually within minutes after payment. IGN and email only, never a password. Refund if it is not delivered.
Short answers. No invented reviews. If your order is already paid, live chat or Discord is faster than reading this page. Delivery, IGN, and trade timing are spelled out in how delivery works.
$0.10 per 1M from 30M, $0.09 per 1M from 200M, $0.08 per 1M from 500M and $0.07 per 1M from 1B. That is 30M for $3, 100M for $10, 200M for $18, 500M for $40 and 1B for $70. Charged in USD.
DonutSMP Money is sent to the Minecraft IGN on the order after payment confirms, within minutes. Stay online so the transfer can land. If you are offline, set a time in live chat or Discord.
On the payment side: you pay on Stripe's or PayPal's own page, we only need your IGN and email, and you get a refund if nothing is delivered. On the server side: real-money trading can break DonutSMP rules, and we do not claim it is allowed.
Never. The email gets the receipt and the IGN gets the delivery. Anyone who asks for your password, a session token or a login is not us.
NexVault Digital LLC operates DonutSMP Exchange. It is an independent shop, not affiliated with DonutSMP, Mojang or Microsoft.
DonutSMP money (the in-game currency, also called coins) only. We do not sell items, ranks, crate keys, spawners or accounts.
Yes. Pick Bedrock at checkout and type your gamertag. DonutSMP puts a dot in front of Bedrock names (.YourName) and turns spaces into underscores; checkout does the same, so the money goes to the exact name you have in game.
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay go through Stripe. Charged in USD. This site never collects card numbers.
A failed or cancelled payment charges nothing. Go back to checkout and try the other method (PayPal or card), or open live chat and we help you finish the order.
30M ($3). After that, any amount in steps of 10M: 40M, 50M, 110M and so on.
The whole order gets the lower price per 1M: $0.10 from 30M, $0.09 from 200M (10% off), $0.08 from 500M (20% off), $0.07 from 1B (30% off). The invoice uses that unit price.
Your first paid DonutSMP Money order includes +10M extra delivered to the same IGN. New buyers only, one per Minecraft IGN. We add it to the first drop with your paid amount, so 100M paid lands as 110M. Minimum stays 30M.
Yes. Use Join Discord on this site for the shop invite. Ask about delivery or IGN checks there or in live chat. We never ask for a Minecraft password.
If we do not deliver, you get a refund. After currency reaches the IGN you typed, sales are generally final. Live chat is fastest. You can also email support@donutsmpexchange.com with your invoice and IGN. See the Refund Policy.
We do not claim that it is. We do not speak for the server and we do not sell a promise that staff will ignore the purchase. Read DonutSMP’s rules yourself and decide whether to buy. We handle payment, delivery, and support.
