DonutSMP 'money per invite' Discord offers (Oct 29, 2026): what to check before you join

Updated October 29, 2026. Public posts on X from October 27 and October 28 were mostly fan clips of ordinary play. Mixed in with those clips, several brand-new accounts advertised unofficial DonutSMP-themed Discord servers. The posts promised in-game money for joining, or for inviting other people, and some of the reward lines were very large, including figures around 25 million and 100 million per invite. There is no new official rule change today. This page is a plain checklist for what to look at before you join.

We are not official DonutSMP staff. A themed community server is a third-party space, and a message there is that community's own post.

These are third-party servers

A Discord server that uses the DonutSMP name in the title is still an unofficial community server. The people posting, any bot in the channel, and the invite link are separate from the game at donutsmp.net. A donut emoji or a familiar-looking banner does not turn that chat into staff.

A reward written in chat is a claim. It is money on your account only when you can see it on your own in-game balance. Those October 27 and October 28 posts did not come with a matching note on the public game site.

Slow down before you click an invite. These checks are practical. They are not a verdict on any one server, and this page does not name any account.

  • How new is the account? A brand-new account has very little history. That is a reason to pause, not proof of a problem by itself.
  • How large is the reward? Lines in the tens of millions per invite, including figures around 25 million and 100 million, are a reason to see the money on your own balance before you recruit anyone else.
  • When does it pay? If the payout only arrives after you invite many people, you are being asked to bring others in first.
  • What is the next step? A login on another site, a linked Minecraft or Microsoft account, or a file to run is more than a chat needs.
  • Are you asked to pay first, or to "verify" by handing over items? Stop there and keep the screenshot.

Logins, codes, and files

Never share a Microsoft login, a Minecraft login, or a one-time code. Do not type those into a page a chat post links you to, do not put a code on a screen share, and do not run a file because a message said it unlocks the reward. If a form asks you to sign in with Microsoft so you can "claim" DonutSMP money, close it. The check that matters is inside the game, on the account you already control.

How an in-game payout shows up

When one player sends DonutSMP money to another, the command players already use is /pay. It moves money from their balance to yours. You confirm it yourself with /bal, on the server you joined at donutsmp.net.

A screenshot in a Discord channel is not your balance, and neither is a bot line that says paid. Open the game and read /bal on your own account. A smaller first step is a tiny /pay you watch land before you invite anyone or send anything. If the number did not move, the reward has not arrived.

Save the posts, then use a real report route

Screenshot the offer, the reward numbers, the account's join date if it is shown, and any later message about linking, files, payment, or items. Keep the original files. If you already joined and a later message asks for a login, a file, or a payment, stop inviting people and stop sending items or money.

Then use the report routes the server publishes. The game address is donutsmp.net. If the client itself shows a report option, use that screen. For what to put in a written report, read our October 28 article on what evidence to save after a bad trade. The longer public source for how reports work, and for what a report does not promise, is the community wiki Scam Reporting Guide. A report asks for a review. It does not promise that money or items come back.

Money-per-invite offers FAQ

No. On Thursday, October 29, 2026 this desk has no new official rule change. The public posts from October 27 and 28 were fan clips plus brand-new accounts advertising unofficial themed Discord servers.
No. They are third-party, unofficial community servers. A DonutSMP theme in the name or the art does not make the server, the bot, or the person posting a member of DonutSMP staff.
In-game money moves with /pay. Check your own balance with /bal on donutsmp.net. A screenshot or a bot message in a chat is not your balance.
Do not share a Microsoft or Minecraft login or a code, do not run a file, and do not send items or money to verify. Screenshot the request. Use the in-game report screen if the game shows one, plus donutsmp.net, the October 28 evidence article on this hub, and https://donutsmp.wiki/scam-reporting-guide.
