Rung 1: cactus after /rtp
Join still lands in wilderness, not /spawn. Do the first-hour loop first — stash, bed, /sethome — then plant. Cactus is the desert-pad crop: sand, space, a hopper, and a chest. Rung 2: bamboo before mega farms
Bamboo is the next cheap printer once you have a hide and a home.
