On October 13, 2026, there is no brand-new official DonutSMP patch note we can verify from public sources. Today’s desk note is an Orders fill guide for farm stacks after /shop left. Buyer bids on /orders can pay those stacks. Compare the unit price with /ah and /sell before you fill. The in-game menu is the final reference.
We are not official DonutSMP staff. This is a fresh dated note from the public wiki, not a reprint of the September 7 Auction House vs Orders piece or the September 25 sell-routing note.

The public page donutsmp.wiki/orders (last updated Sep 7, 2026) describes Orders as player-created buy requests. A buyer offers Money for specified items. Other players supply those items and receive the offered payment. Offering Money does not guarantee that someone fills the request immediately.
That is the supplier side of the post-/shop loop. Farm output, and other bulk resources, no longer move through a server shop tab. They move through player bids, seller asks, or the server sell floor. Background on the farm side sits in the October 9 farm meta note. The evergreen commands page is /guides/donutsmp-orders.
| Exit | Starts with | Desk note |
|---|---|---|
| Orders (/orders) | Buyer bid | A player offers Money for a specific item and quantity. Suppliers fill that request. |
| Auction House (/ah) | Seller ask | A player lists an item at a chosen asking price. An ask is not a completed sale. |
| Server sell (/sell) | Server floor | The server pays a defined value for supported items. It does not require another player to accept. |
Open the book with /orders. Search with /order plus a search term. Related commands on the money-making page: /ah, /sell, /sellhistory, and /bal.
Order prices are offers from buyers. They are not permanent server values, and two buyers can offer different prices for the same resource. An Auction House asking price is not a guaranteed sale either. How to line those numbers up before a trade: the October 5 price-check guide and the October 1 flipping guide.

The September 7 desk note already separates the two markets: Auction House vs Orders. The October 11 note is a public tracker snapshot of asks, not a bid board: AH price snapshot. Use those for the shape of the market. Recheck /ah and /orders before you commit a stack. This page does not replace either one with a new price table.
The orders wiki tells suppliers to compare the offered payment with other Orders, equivalent Auction House listings, and the server sell value where it applies. The money-making page (also last updated Sep 7, 2026) puts the same idea in one line: profit = revenue − costs. Common earn paths there include /sell, fulfilling Orders, the Auction House, trading, farming, spawners, and flipping. A visible Order is one possible revenue line. It is not completed profit.
| Step | Action | Desk note |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Match the exact item | Read the requested item. Similar names are not interchangeable. |
| 2 | Match the quantity you can fill | Compare what the Order still wants with the stack you actually have. Leftover demand can move while you are away. |
| 3 | Separate unit price from total | A large total can hide a weak per-item offer. A strong unit price on a tiny quantity is a small payout. |
| 4 | Compare /orders, /ah, and /sell | Line the Order’s unit offer up with other Orders, equivalent Auction House listings, and the server sell value where it applies. |
| 5 | Read the menu before you confirm | For a buy order, review item, offered price, quantity, and available balance. Menu limits, expiry, and refund rules can change. The in-game screen is the final reference. |
| 6 | Count profit only after the fill | Profit is revenue minus costs. An Order you can see is not profit until the transaction happens. |

The orders wiki records a June 9, 2026 update that connected Orders with /sell and the Auction House. That is still the public reference on October 13. It is not a new patch note for today. Check /orders before you dump a farm stack into /sell. The longer writeup is sell routing (Sep 25).
The orders page includes one worked example and labels it hypothetical. It does not represent current DonutSMP prices, and it is not a claim about fees. We repeat it so the unit-versus-total check is concrete. We are not saying anyone is bidding these numbers on October 13.
| Hypothetical input | Wiki arithmetic |
|---|---|
| $2,000 per item × 320 items | $640,000 total for the full request |
| 64 items at that same unit price | $128,000 before any applicable adjustments |
The same page adds a second hypothetical for the gap between buying and supplying, and labels that one the same way: not a current opportunity and not a guaranteed return. Buying 64 items at $1,500 each would cost $96,000. Supplying those 64 at $2,000 each would be $128,000, a gross difference of $32,000, before other costs, and only if that Order is still open when you arrive. The money-making page uses the same caution: an observed Order is not profit until it is filled.
Other October desk notes stay where they are. The border is still Upcoming with date TBA in the October 12 status check. The flood is not today’s story: the last public daily progress day in our October 7 flood tracker note is still September 30, about 55% of RTPs near water and about 2.73% of area. This page does not invent a newer flood percent. Halloween pumpkin-head drops remain the October 8 story.
