On November 5, 2026, there is no brand-new official DonutSMP flood patch we can verify from public sources. Today's desk note is a fresh flood-tracker status check — about a month after our October 7 flood tracker note. The public community progress API on api.donut.auction still ends on September 30, 2026. That day logged about 55.06% of random teleport (RTP) scans with flooding in view and about 2.73% of scanned Overworld area under water. From October 1 through November 5, the same statistics endpoint reports 0 completed scans. So if a live dashboard shows 0.00% for the last 24 hours, that is an empty sample (0 of 0), not a confirmed world-wide drain.
We are not official DonutSMP staff. This is a dated read of the public tracker, not a patch note.

The tracker reports two different things:
On the last published day (Sep 30):
Regional rollup for Sep 30 (about 2,300 scans per region in our October note; same day still the tip of the public progress series):
If you start fresh and want drier land, Oceania and West were the least flooded regions in that last public day. EU Central was the worst by a wide margin. Nothing in the public API updates those ranks for October or November yet.
Community flood pages (including the Flood War board that mirrors the same data) can show 0.00% flooded RTPs and 0.00% flooded area for the last 24 hours when the sample is empty. On this morning's check, the October 1–November 5 statistics window on api.donut.auction returned 0 / 0 / 0 completed, flooded, and empty scans for every region. That is why a zero reading appears: there is no new daily progress day after Sep 30 to replace it.
Do not treat that zero as proof that flood machines stopped, that EU Central dried out, or that the server wiped water. It only means the public sampler has not published a newer day. We will update again when a new progress day appears.

/rtp if the landing spot is a mess, and do not plant your first claim in a flooded valley. Our starter guide and after-the-flood guide still apply. This page is a data check, not a patch note. When the public progress API publishes a day after Sep 30, that is the next real update.
